Fans of Michigan State and college basketball will remember the name Keith Appling. He was a standout for the Spartans in his time with the program from 2010-14 . Michigan State University agrees to pay victims of Larry Nassar $500 million

Michigan State University will pay half a billion dollars to the sexual abuse victims of former sports doctor Larry Nassar, who worked at the school for nearly twenty years and over thirty years with USA Gymnastics. According to the terms of the agreement, MSU will pay the 332 victims $425 million, and $75 will be placed in a trust for future claimants that allege they were victims of Nassar.
