Light-up sneakers allegedly caused second degree burns on feet of young boy

A nine-year old boy suffered second-degree burns on the bottom of his feet and his mother is saying it was due to his light-up sneakers. Sherry Foster took to Facebook to share pictures of her son’s injuries and she said they occurred after the sneakers got wet during his school’s Water Day. Sketchers facing lawsuit…..Again

Sketchers is in familiar territory and by that meaning they are getting sued by someone, and it is a familiar foe: Adidas.  The Three Stipes levied a lawsuit against Sketchers in Sepetmber of 2015 for it’s “unlawful behavior” over mimicked designs of the their Stan Smith sneaker with their Onix shoe, which is a carbon copy of the Smith.
