According to Nick Friedell of ESPN, Golden State head coach Steve Kerr said that he expects two guard Klay Thompson to play Friday against Denver. Thompson has missed the team’s last two games due to soreness in his right knee. He will be an welcome addition back to the Warriors who are coming off getting poundcaked by the Boston Celtics, 128-95 on Tuesday night. Shaw University- an HBCU in Division II’s Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association (CIAA) -has Amir Hinton, one of the best players you’ve never heard of. The 6-foot-5 two guard from Philadelphia has been lighting up the CIAA to the tune of 29.4 ppg on an efficient 48.8 percent from the floor.
