Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Thieves rob NJ woman of sneakers and phone

A Jersey City woman out walking went from pedestrian to crime victim. The 19-year-old victim ended up staring down the business end of a gun before , against her will, being relieved of her Nike VaporMaxes and her cellular phone. The young victim told police that she was robbed by not one but two men. Jersey City spokeswoman Kimberly Wallace-Scalione stated the robbery took place at 8:40 p.m. on February 19. Both suspects remain at-large.
