As its nickname implies, the “Five Rings” Kobe 5 pays homage to the five NBA titles Kobe Bryant won as a member of the Los Angeles Lakers. Originally released in 2010, Nike Basketball will bring the colorway back for a second retail run. The “China” Air Jordan 7 sports a black nubuck upper imprinted with a dragon graphic on the lateral sides that carries over to the tumbled white leather overlays. On the medial side underlays traditional Chinese artwork is found. Red extends to the collar on the lateral side, with black taking the same job on the medial side.
