A Massachusetts man who was accused of allegedly assaulting and robbing a 14-year-old girl of her sneakers in downtown Attleboro turned himself in to authorities Thursday morning. On June 23, Nelson Daluz, 25, was accused of aggressively approaching the young victim and forcibly relieving her of her Air Force Ones when she refused to talk to him.
