Kawhi Leonard’s playoff career-high 45 points and Pascal Siakam’s 29 points were too much for the Philadelphia 76ers as the Raptors won 108-95, taking a 1-0 lead in their Eastern Conference Semifinal series.

Nikola Jokic’s triple double ( 21 points, 15 rebounds and 10 assists) helped power the Denver Nuggets past the San Antonio 90-86 in the decisive game 7 in their opening round Western Conference series. The Nuggets now take on the Trail Blazers in the semifinal round.
