Blazers acquire Robert Covington

According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, the Portland Trailblazers have acquired Rockets forward in a trade.

To clarify: The Blazers are sending Houston the 16th pick in Wednesday's draft and another future first-round pick, per sources. Deal can't be finalized until after Wednesday's draft. https://t.co/hvBf6JppS5

As two picks are part of the deal and Houston future assets cupboard has been pretty bare from all the major acquisitions in recent years, could this just be the opening salvo on the path to a rebuild?
