Since its original release way back in 1995, the Nike Air Max Uptempo has garnered a place of respect in the annals of Nike Basketball, ball players and as well as sneaker enthusiasts. The silhouette is prepared for another return, in this “blue fury” colorway.
This version of the returning Uptempo features a white leather upper overlaid by a blue fury patent leather rand. The same colorway is present on the lateral Swoosh, tongue and heel pull tabs and the “AIR” that runs down the sides of the lateral eyelets. On the rear, the white uptempo logo is surrounded by a ring of canyon gold.
A white midsole that contains a full-length canyon gold air max unit and a blue fury outsole rounds out the look of this sneaker.
This Air Max Uptempo is set to release April 25 at select overseas retail establishments with a domestic release to come soon thereafter at nike.com. The sticker price is set at $150.
