FAMU moves up to no.16 in FCS rankings, stays at no.1 in BOXTOROW poll

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | The Florida A&M University football team, once again, continued its rise in the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) polls on Monday.

The Rattlers, fresh off a 52-30 win over Delaware State on Saturday, picked up two spots to No. 15 in the FCS Coaches Poll and share the position with fellow Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) foe North Carolina A&T State. FAMU, winners of eight straight, is also up one spot in the STATS FCS Top 25 to No. 16.

For the third week in a row, FAMU claimed the No. 1 ranking in both the SBN Black College Football Poll, and the BOXTOROW Coaches Poll.

FAMU enters a bye week, but return to action against Howard University on Saturday, Nov. 16 for Senior Day. Kickoff is set for 4 p.m. at Bragg Memorial Stadium and will be streamed live on ESPN3.
