Grambling State Strikes Comprehensive Partnership with Teamworks & INFLCR Verified

The Tigers leverage Teamworks and INFLCR Verified across the department’s 15 varsity sports for 340 student-athletes.

DURHAM, NC – [Friday, September 10, 2021] –Teamworks and INFLCR are excited to announce an expanded, comprehensive partnership with Grambling State Athletics in which the department will leverage the Teamworks and INFLCR Verified platform offerings. With the partnership, Tiger’s leadership looks to vertically integrate its technology stack in order to centralize the distribution of student-athlete information and content.

Through the partnership, Grambling student-athletes and staff will easily access all information and communication regarding scheduling, team operations, brand building, content delivery, NIL reporting, and compliance through a centralized portal on their mobile phones.

“We are thrilled to announce our agreement with Teamworks & INFLCR,” said Dr. Trayvean Scott, Grambling State VP of Intercollegiate Athletics. “With the NIL era in full swing, it was imperative that we got in front of this new legislation while also being able to provide our student-athletes with the tools they need to make the most out of this new opportunity. We will always strive to provide our student-athletes with the resources to perform at an optimum level, so when we were made aware of an opportunity to explore a partnership with Teamworks & INFLCR and give them the resources to thrive in the NIL era, it was an easy decision for us.

“Giving both our teams and staff access to Teamworks will be a huge step for us in not only how we communicate within the department, but also how we will engage with our student-athletes moving forward.  It has been a tremendous tool and asset for a few of our sports and we cannot wait to get our 15 sports connected to this transformational platform.”

Grambling State recently partnered with INFLCR and its Verified product solution to better enhance the student-athlete experience with the content, tools, curriculum, and more resources to prepare themselves for new opportunities that arise from NIL.

“COVID and NIL have shed light on how essential technology is for both athletic departments and student-athletes to operate at the highest caliber. With Teamworks, Grambling student-athletes have a centralized location to reference all their athletics information including practices, weight training, media obligations, community service, or NCAA paperwork.“ said Teamworks founder and CEO Zach Maurides

“Similarly, the department’s partnership with INFLCR gives Tiger student-athletes a centralized tool to capitalize on NIL and provides them with the education and content to build their personal brands while also connecting them to the marketplaces and opportunities that align with their interests and allow them to safely profit in this new era of college sports.”

The Tigers compete in NCAA Division I and are members of the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC). Through the Teamworks and INFLCR partnership, Grambling centralizes class and practice schedules, digitizes team travel itineraries, fosters streamlined communications, seamlessly shares content and media, and more for 340 student-athletes across 15 varsity sports. Grambling is Teamworks’ third department-wide partner from the SWAC alongside Prairie View A&M and Southern Univ. and A&M College.
