Kevin Durant will not return to Game 5 with calf strain

Golden State Warriors all-world forward Kevin Durant will not return to Game 5 after leaving with a lower leg injury.

After hitting a baseline jumper, Durant pulled up lame and held his lower leg. Durant immediately hobbled off the floor and went straight to the locker room and the worst was feared.

TNT analyst and NBA hall-of-famer Reggie Miller, was commentating the game, thought that Durant half torn his Achilles’ tendon. However after going to the back and being examined, it was determined that is was a right calf strain.

At this juncture, there is no word on the strain’s severity.
