Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference announces 2020 Basketball appearances on ESPNU

NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 23, 2019—Four regular-season match-ups and two tournament championship games will be on ESPN networks in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference’s (MEAC) 2020 basketball TV schedule.

The slate tips off on Monday, Jan. 27, when 2018-19 MEAC regular-season champion Norfolk State plays host to Florida A&M at 7 p.m. on ESPNU. Norfolk State will then head to Durham, N.C. to take on defending MEAC Tournament champion North Carolina Central on ESPNU on Monday, Feb. 3 at 7 p.m.

North Carolina Central will travel to Greensboro, N.C. to face rival North Carolina A&T State on Monday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. on ESPNU.

North Carolina A&T State will then head to Durham, N.C. to take on North Carolina Central on Thursday, March 5 to end the regular season in the last ESPNU telecast. That game will also tip off at 7 p.m.

All games aired on an ESPN network will also be available through the ESPN App, computers, smartphones, tablets and streaming devices to fans who receive their high-speed Internet connection or video subscription from an affiliated service provider.

The men’s championship game of the 2020 MEAC Basketball Tournament will be shown live on ESPN2 at 1 p.m. The women’s championship game, which will follow the men’s game, will again be streamed live on ESPN3 and re-broadcast on ESPNU.
