Bethune-Cookman 75, Georgia Southern 57

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — 
Daniella Hatcher scored 18 points as Bethune-Cookman improved to 3-0 with a 75-57 victory over Georgia Southern Saturday afternoon.

Amaya Scott added 14 points and Tatum Hayes added 13 – including three from 3-point range – as the Lady Wildcats pulled away from a 53-50 in the final eight minutes.

Armani Walker scored 10 point for B-CU.

Florida A&M 102, Johnson (Fla.) 40

KISSIMMIE, Fla. — 
Florida A&M cruised past Johnosn (Fla.) 102-40 on Friday.

Shalaunda Burney-Robinson led the Lady Rattlers with a 19-point, 13-rebound double-double, her third of the season. Regan Anderson also scored 19 points, hitting for of her eight 3-pointers.

Alaina Rice added 14 points, five steals and four rebounds. Kayla Massop had 13 points to go along with nine boards, and Corey Staples finished with 10 points, hitting two threes.

North Carolina A&T State 55, Arkansas State 50

CHICAGO, Ill. —
North Carolina A&T State overcame a 14-point deficit to defeat Arkansas State 55-50 in the consolation game of the DePaul Maggie Dixon Classic on Saturday. A day after nearly upsetting nationally-ranked Miami, the Aggies refused to let another one escape.  

N.C. A&T found itself down by as many 14 points in the second quarter but kept chipping away at the Arkansas State lead, eventually putting together an 18-0 run. 

C’coriea Foy led the team with a game-high 17 points and added six rebounds and four assists. Le’on Hill and Alexus Lessears added 10 points apiece and Hill added 10 rebounds for a double-double. Lessears added seven rebounds.Recap | Box Score


Cornell 77, Delaware State 51

DOVER, Del. — 
Delaware State lost to Cornell 77-51 on Saturday night at Memorial Hall. This marks the second loss in the row for the Lady Hornets, as their record drops to 3-3 on the season.

East Carolina 57, Maryland Eastern Shore 42

GREENVILLE, N.C. — 
Maryland Eastern Shore dug itself a huge hole on Saturday at East Carolina, scoring just 11 points in the first half. A big third quarter where junior Amanda Carney scored 14 points and the Hawks outscored the Pirates 22-13 was enough to cut the lead to single digits, but in the end ECU did enough for a 57-42 victory.

La Salle 55, Norfolk State 52

NORFOLK, Va. — 
A late fourth-quarter run by La Salle was just enough to push by the Spartans 55-52 on Friday night in Echols Hall, despite 22 points from Chanette Hicks.

No. 16 Miami 68, North Carolina A&T State 67

 North Carolina A&T State nearly knocked off No. 16 Miami, falling 68-67 during the first day of the DePaul Maggie Dixon Classic on Friday.

LAS VEGAS, Nev. — 
Taylor Brown led three South Carolina State players in double figures with 14 points Saturday evening, but the Bulldogs fell 66-57 to UNLV.
