Toronto Raptors forward Pascal Siakam is now fifty grand lighter in the wallet.
Shortly after the team’s 116-105 loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers, Siakam and Raptors head coach Nick Nurse got into a verbal exchange. In this back-and-forth, Siakam said some not-nice things according to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
As a result, the forward was fined $50,000.
This is not the first disciplinary issue Siakam has had this season. He was benched for the team’s New Year’s Eve 100-83 win over the New York Knicks for disciplinary reasons.
