Ron Baker retires at 28

Former Wichita State star Ron Baker has retired at the age of 28 due to injuries.

Baker went undrafted in the NBA back in 2016 appeared in 96 games over three seasons with the New York Knicks and Washington Wizards and he would average 3.1 points ,1.4 rebounds and 1.8 assists during his time in the Association.

In 2019-20 Baker would suit up for CSKA Moscow and in 27 games he put up 2.6 points, 0.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 11.1 minutes per contest.

Baker has now been named a project manager in healthcare provider’s Ascension Via Christi’s Strategy and Business Development department.
