Allegedly, Ashburn, McComb and another male posed as sneaker buyers on Offerup.

On July all three suspects met their first victim at a Safeway. They robbed the victim of his shoes , but they were not harmed. Just two hours later they met with 30-year-old Ron Everett Fitch in the parking lot of another Safeway.

According to police, two of the suspects approached Fitch’s car door. At some point gunplay was involved and Fitch was shot while he was attempting to escape and ultimately passed away at the scene.

Allegedly Fitch had a gun, which went missing; court documents state that the aforementioned gun and two pair of “unique” sneakers were found at McComb’s residence.

Detectives are seeking the third suspect and have asked anyone with information to call 88-CRIME.
