This season the NBA All-Star game will be played in the Queen City, Charlotte, North Carolina. The game was supposed to be played in Charlotte in 2017 but was moved to New Orleans due to the bathroom bill passed in the state ( strangely enough the league has sought no retribution for the state of Michigan and their abhorrent handling of the water crisis in Flint). Jordan Brand will be releasing a women’s exclusive Air Jordan 1 that will wil coincide the mid-season extravaganza.
This Air Jordan 1 is completely patent leather and makes use of an obsidian, blue chill , and white through its upper. A white midsole and blue chill outsole completes the sneaker’s aesthetic.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “UNC Patent” is set to release in women’s sizing February 9 at nike.com and select Jordan Brand retail locations. The sticker price is set at $160 USD.
