This upcoming collaborative adidas and atmos superstar is reportedly in honour of a dog named Hachiko who showed unwavering faithfulness to his owner a former professor of agriculture at the University of Tokyo by the name of Hidesaburō Ueno.
It sports a textile upper inspired by the coat of an Akita, with brown showing up on the lateral and medial three stripes, heel overlay and laces. Silver tongue labeling, while add as trefoil branding on the heel and insoles that read “You Make Shibuya.” are also present. A sail shelltoe, midsole and rubber outsole complete the aesthetic.
The “Hachiko” atmos x adidas superstar is already available at atmos Tokyo, and is expected release September 29 via adidas JP.
