John Wall’s name has become the subject of trade talks as reports came out last week that the Wizards star guard has requested as trade.
Tommy Sheppard, the Wizards general manager disputed those reports on Monday, saying that he, John Wall and their other star Bradley Beal, are and always have been on the “same wave.”
This almost certainly means they are not on one accord and there was a trade request made but the team cannot affirm that he (Wall) did and depress his trade value, considering Wall’s gargantuan contract, that is something the Wizards can ill-afford.
