Prairie View A&M (15-1 SWAC) enters the tournament as the No. 1 seed after claiming the SWAC Volleyball Regular Season title. The Charlotte, N.C. native helped the Spartans go 2-0 over the weekend with five-set wins over Maryland Eastern Shore and Delaware State.  Chisholm secured 10.0 total blocks in the win against Delaware State on Sunday, ranking her fourth in Norfolk State history for blocks in a game. Jackson State volleyball to open season at Sawyer Camillo Memorial

The Tigers will face Murray State at 11 a.m., UL at 6 p.m. on Friday, and UT Arlington on Saturday at 11 a.m. Jackson State finished last season 17-13 overall and 10-6 in SWAC play.
