Earlier today the Los Angeles Lakers made the announcement that forward Brandon Ingram will be out for the remainder of this season following him being diagnosed with Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in his right arm. Though DVT may not be a commonly known medical issue, that in no way detracts from its potential severity.
