The latest transaction for a New Jersey man saw him transformed from customer to complainant. According to Captain Scott Buehler of the Montclair Police, the victim reported that he , through a mutual acquaintance, to meet in Nishuane Park at 11:00 p.m. with a male to purchase a pair of sneakers. Upon arrival, the suspect produced a sneaker box that, instead of the advertised footwear, contained rocks.
