A Brooklyn, N.Y. Foot Locker that had been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic seemed to be a prime target for a would-be sneaker thief. According to police, Donte West, 28, broke into a side door of the store at 8:45 a.m. As officers arrived on the scene , West was loading a Chevrolet Trailblazer with more than three dozen pairs of sneakers and almost 40 baseball caps.
