Tennessee State defeats Lindenwood 84-76

The Tennessee State men’s basketball team led for most of the game and was able to get a needed OVC win 84-76.  TSU jumped out to an early 8-0 lead on Carlous Williams’ three-point shot at the 17:56 mark. Fourth quarter surge powers Lindenwood past Tennessee State, 81-70

After a close and competitive first half, Lindenwood was able to seize control of the game and set a pace that proved to be too great for the Tennessee State Lady Tigers to keep up with, as they were bested by the Lions 81-70.  Lindenwood scored the first 6b points of the game and would take a 6-2 lead before Tennessee State tied the game at 8 apiece when Krystal Haddock connected from downtown at the 5:43 mark.
