Stupid Things People Do For Sneakers: Teen sneaker robbers arrested

Last Wednesday, police in San Jose, CA announced that two suspects who allegedly perpetrated a sneaker robbery of a minor have been arrested.  Law enforcement said the robbery took place on the afternoon of May 21 in the 400 block of Saratoga Avenue. The young victim made arrangements to sell a pair of Louis Vuitton Skaet sneakers, which retail for $5,600, and a pair of Gucci Rhyton GG sneakers, which carry a $1,190 sticker price. An initial look at the “Pine Green” Nike Air Foamposite Pro

The “Pine Green” Air Foamposite Pro, which debuted in 2011, is being primed for a 2025 return.  Initial images of the 2025 iteration have come to light and what is presented is a Foam Pro with a pine green Foamposite upper paired with black at the eye row, inner, collar and tongue. A large, jewelled black Swoosh can be seen on the lateral side, with embroidered version of the iconic logo at the lateral eye row and rear heel. An intial look at the “Carbon Fiber” Air Foamposite One

The “Carbon Fiber” Air Foamposite One is a new look for the classic silhouette.  Initial images have emerged of the upcoming colorway and they sport a a Foamposite upper covered with a carbon fiber pattern, with black showing up at the eye row, tongue, and inner.
