New in-hand images of the “Reverse Infrared” Air Jordan VI

The “Reverse Infrared” Air Jordan VI started its life off way back in 1999 as a salesman sample in front of the first retro of the “Infrared” colorway, albeit with a twist. As its moniker implies this sneaker takes the classic colourway and switches infrared and black, as is prominently seen on the midsole. It also adds the hue at new locations, such as the “NIKE AIR” branding on the rear heel.  New images have emerged of the “Reverse Infrared” VI via iitthebeast on Instagram.

Retro Cards reportedly to return in 2026

For many years the retro card was a staple component of retro Jordan releases. The cards, which featured a picture of the accompanying model on one side and information on said model on the other were an integral part of the retro Jordan experience.  According to zsneakerheadz, along with the face box, another piece of prized Jordan Brand history, the retro card is expected to make a return in 2026.  More information on this development as it becomes available will be reported.

Isaiah Knowles named a finalist for Harlon Hill Trophy
