Police are on the hunt for the perpetrator of an armed robbery of a Fairfax District sneaker shop was captured on film.
According to Los Angeles Police Department officials, on September 14 at approximately 12:30pm the suspect walked into Zero’s. When an employee approached him to render customer service, the male tossed white garbage bags at the employee, pulled a handgun, pointed it at him and ordered the employee to fill them with money, shoes and clothes.
In a press release from the LAPD, the worker, “Fearing for his safety, the employee complied with the suspect’s demands. The suspect took the property and fled on foot.”
On a post to their Instagram account. Zero’s indicated that everyone was unharmed, but the robber got away with an item that was to be a featured item in a upcoming show.

Selon also stated that the employee got a raise.
The suspect is described as a black male between 25 and 30 years of age, standing approximately 5 feet, 7 inches and weighing around 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, a blue surgical face mask, a navy blue la. Rams hoodie and blue britches.
