One of the perks of playing baskets at the University of North Carolina are the shoes you get to play in. It helps when Micheal Jordan is an alumni of your school. In the latest edition of a UNC PE that people will drool over are these Air Jordan XX9 PE’s that the Heels will break out in their Sweet 16 game against Wisconsin on Thursday.
The shoe’s upper is largely university blue and rather than the large Jumpman that is on some retail colorways, the Rameses logo that UNC used from 1983-98 has its home there. A navy midsole and white outsole complete this very striking package.
Don’t get too excited about these though; these aren’t slated for retail release.
