The Tennessee State women’s basketball team has announced its 2026-27 Ohio Valley Conference schedule, giving the Lady Tigers their roadmap for conference play as they prepare for the upcoming season.
OVC action begins on Dec. 11 when Tennessee State travels to Western Illinois. The Lady Tigers will then close out the calendar year with a New Year’s Eve matchup at Southern Indiana before opening 2027 with a trip to Eastern Illinois on Jan. 2.
Tennessee State opens its conference home schedule at the Gentry Center on Jan. 7 against Western Illinois, followed by another home contest against SIUE on Jan. 9. The Lady Tigers will also host Morehead State on Jan. 16.
The road swing resumes with games at Lindenwood on Jan. 21 and Southeast Missouri on Jan. 23 before Tennessee State returns to Nashville to host Southern Indiana on Jan. 28 and UT Martin on Jan. 30.
February begins with Lindenwood visiting the Gentry Center on Feb. 4. Tennessee State then travels to Morehead State on Feb. 6 before returning home to host Eastern Illinois on Feb. 11.
The Lady Tigers close out the regular season with road contests at SIUE on Feb. 17 and UT Martin on Feb. 25, before finishing conference play at home against Southeast Missouri on Feb. 27.
The 2026-27 OVC schedule features a home-and-home format against each conference opponent, giving Tennessee State 16 league games before the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament.
With a new season on the horizon, the Lady Tigers will look to build momentum throughout conference play and position themselves for a return to postseason competition.
