Al-Farooq Aminu tears meniscus

Orlando Magic forward Al-Farooq Aminu has torn the meniscus in his right knee.

Orlando Magic forward Al-Farouq Aminu underwent an MRI on his right knee which has revealed a torn meniscus.

Aminu will undergo further evaluation which will determine treatment options and the length of time he will be sidelined.

It is being determined if he can be treated without going under the knife. Recovery times can range from four to eight weeks.
