The “Alternate Bel-Air” Air Jordan 5 is a new spin on 2013’s “Bel-Air” 5. For those ignorant of that shoe, as implied by moniker, is inspired by The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air television program from the 90’s that starred Will Smith.
For the “Alternate” version, a sneaker is seen with a white based upper, accented with black and a vibrant, 1990’s-inspired sockliner. Purple midsoles with blue and red accents, and a volt and translucent rubber outsole completes the aesthetic.
This Air Jordan 5 is scheduled to release August 29 in men’s and GS sizing August 29 at nike.com and select retail venues. They will carry a sticker price of $200 USD.
