The ”AfroBeats” is one of a myriad of colorways of the Air Jordan 7 that will release in 2022 in commemoration of the model’s 30th anniversary.
As indicated by the nickname, this Air Jordan 7 is inspired by Aftobeats. For the unaware, Afrobeats is a musical genre that is the fusion of West African musical styles with that of the Foundational Black American genres of funk, jazz and soul.
This Air Jordan 7 tan upper with lateral ankle debossed Jumpman and pattern wrapping the heel. What appears to be a striped tongue with gold markings along with what could be “NIKE AIR” on the rear heel.
Underneath resides a black midsole accented with purple and gold and a black rubber outsole.
The Afrobeats” Air Jordan is planned to debut this fall; they will carry a 210 USD sticker price.
