The Brooklyn Nets, who had their season ended Sunday, are now reportedly going after Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Popovich has shown no indication that he intends to leave San Antonio, even if the Nets , on paper, have a better roster and he has coached both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving though their times with USA Basketball.
At this point, POP leaving seems highly unlikely but stranger things have happened.
