Coppin State women’s basketball puts team activities on hold

Courtesy of Coppin State Athletic Communications BALTIMORE – The Coppin State women’s basketball team has temporarily paused activities after a positive COVID-19 test within the program. The positive test result was detected during routine COVID-19 surveillance testing, which is conducted three times a week in accordance with NCAA guidelines. As a result of the positive test, Coppin has cancelled its games at Mount St. Mary’s on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at Maryland on Saturday, Dec. 5.
