Micheal Beasley suspended by NBA for drug violation

NBA free agent Michael Beasley was handed a five game suspension by the NBA on Thursday for violating the NBA’s anti-drug policy. Five game sit-downs are typically doled out to repeat offenders of the marijuana policy. This is Beasley’s first drug related issue since his 2013 arrest while he played for the Phoenix Suns. For their upcoming 2019 Nike Academy, Nike Basketball put together special colorways of four of their signature models- the KD 12, Kobe 4 Protro, Kyrie 5 and Zoom Freak 1.
