An initial look at the 2025 “Steel” Air Jordan X

The “Steel” Air Jordan X is set to make its return as part of a star studded sneaker lineup this year. Initial images have emerged of this returning classic and they look pretty good.  They sport a white leather upper underlaid with black, tumbled leather at the eye rows and the collar. Vanessa Bryant shows the new color of the Kobe IX Elite

Thursday afternoon on her Instagram account, Vanessa unveiled an as yet not previously seen colorway of the Kobe IX Elite.  Appearing as more of an EXT take on the silhouette, as it is outfitted with a luxurious maroon suede with a supple-looking leather of th same hue wrapping the heel as well as the ankle. The “Year of the Horse” Kobe VIII Protro coming in 2026

Debuting back in 2014 in commemoration of the then Chinese Year of the Horse, this Kobe VIII is set to return in 2026 in Protro form.  At this early juncture, there are no available images, but what we should be presented is a recreation of its 2014 progenitor. Eleven years after its original 2014 debut, Jordan Brand is rolling the “Ferrari” Air Jordan 14 back out for a second retail run.  This colorway of the 14, inspired by Michael Jordan’s Ferrari 550 Maranello, sports a Ferrari red one-piece suede upper sans the overlays seen on nearly every other colorway of the 14.  Black shows up on the tongue, which is topped by “JORDAN” on the front and “XIV” on its rear. This could be the collaboration we didn’t know we needed.  Inspired by Ja Morant’s favorite two flavors of the popular beverage, cherry, and raspberry, this mismatched pair sports turquoise and pink uppers, respectively. Kool-Aid branding in the form of the Kool-Aid Man himself is perched atop the tongues, while his famous “ohhh yeah” catchphrase appears on the rear tongue.
