From the NBA: Official release: NEW YORK — The National Basketball Association game scheduled for tonight between the Philadelphia 76ers and Oklahoma City Thunder at Chesapeake Energy Arena has been postponed in accordance with the league’s Health and Safety Protocols. Because of ongoing contact tracing within the Sixers, the team does not have the league-required eight available players to proceed with the scheduled game against the Thunder.

James Harden posts big numbers in Nets debut

From nba.com: James Harden made a strong first impression in his debut with the Brooklyn Nets. In fact, he made history, becoming the first player to post a 30-point triple-double in a team debut. James Harden available to play Saturday

The saga of the now most interesting team in the NBA begins Saturday night. Newly acquired James Harden will be available to make his anticipated debut with the Brooklyn Nets Saturday when they take on the Orlando Magic. This comes as not much of a surprise as it had been stated earlier in the week that if things were finalized Harden could be available to start and play Saturday.

from the NBA: NEW YORK — Brooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving has been fined $50,000 for violating the league’s Health and Safety Protocols, which among other things prohibit attending indoor social gatherings of 15 or more people or entering bars, lounges, clubs or similar establishments, it was announced today by Byron Spruell, President, League Operations.
