The Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers have come to terms on a trade. According to Shams Charania of The Vertical, the deal will send Cavs’ point guard Kyrie Irving to the Celtics in exchange for Isaiah Thomas, Jae Crowder, Ante Zizic and the Brooklyn Nets’ 2018 first round pick.
