New images of the “Why Not” Air Jordan 16 have come to light.
Alongside the Converse Chuck 70 as part of the “Why Not” Jordan x Converse Pack, this 16 sports a combination of leather, mesh and nubuck across its un-gaitered upper. A small silver Jumpman is present on the lateral side, while on the tongue a silver emblem is found with Westbrook branding, with his same logo showing up on the lower lateral heel.
The pattern on the black leather magnetic gaiter is inspired by chain link nets, and studs where the magnetic snaps reside are a nod the the studded leather jackets Westbrook likes to rock.
A black midsole and a milky translucent outsole completes the aesthetic.
The “Why Not” Jordan x Converse Pack that is 16 is part of is set to release October 2 at nike.com and select retail establishments. Pricing information has yet to be disseminated at this juncture.
