This year, 2020, is the 25th anniversary of the Air Jordan 11 and in celebration Jordan Brand decided to mail it in with this colorway.
It sports a black mesh upper overlaid by a black patent leather rand that is more in line with the height with the originals, as it should be ( sorry people, scanty patent leather has no place on an Air Jordan XI). Other exciting features include “JORDAN” spelled down the lace loops and a metallic Jumpman on the ankle. Throw in the embroidered “23” on the heel and this completes the upper, which sits atop a white midsole and milky translucent outsole.
The “25th Anniversary” Air Jordan 11 is scheduled to release December 12 and will carry a $220 USD sticker price.
