As the Brooklyn Nets preparee to embark on a three-game road trip, Kevin Durant will not be the only star the team will be missing; guard Kyrie Irving will also be absent due to a famiy matter.
Irving will miss the team’s games against the Portland Trail Blazers Tuesday; the Utah Jazz on Wednesday and the Detroit Pistons Friday.
This season Irving is putting up 28.1 points, 5.7 assists and 4.8 rebounds per contest.
