This year, 2020, marks the 25th anniversary of the original release of one of the most iconic sneakers of all-time, the Air Jordan 11.To commemorate this, Jordan Brand will release “anniversary” version of the 11 this holiday season. I wont get into my personal opinion on the aesthetic but I will say the anticipation of this release pales in comparison to that of recent years.
Another set of images of this upcoming Air Jordan have surfaced, depicting more close-up images of the shoe.
The ‘Anniversary” Air Jordan 11 is scheduled to release December 12, at nike.com and select retail establishments; they will carry a $220 USD sticker price.
