Tuesday morning it was announced that Norfolk State graduate guard Diamond Johnson has earned a spot on the Women’s College All-Star Game Midseason Watchlist presented by Herbalife.
The watchlist is comprised of players who appear to be on the path to continue to play the game at the professional level. A group of nationally renowned media experts and other collaborators put together the list, taking into account national preseason, midseason, and weekly awards.
This season the graduate guard is averaging a MEAC-leading 18.7 points, with a season-high 32 coming against Longwood on November 7, while adding 5.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists, and 3.3 steals per contest.
