Maryland Eastern Shore 86, Bryn Athyn 28

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. — 
Maryland Eastern Shore jumped out to a 33-6 lead in the first half, behind a strong six minutes by the starting lineup and then coasted to an 86-28 win against Division III Bryn Athyn (1-1) on Tuesday.

None of the 14 players on the roster played less than four minutes and everyone scored.

Sophomore Asia Pearly had the team’s first double-double of the season with 11 points and 11 boards in 19 minutes. Classmate Zamara Haynes was the game’s leading scorer with 13 points to go along with six assists and four steals in 33 minutes.

Junior Jamaya Blanks pulled down 10 rebounds, scored eight points and dished out six assists. Senior Taylor Clayborne added eight points and three boards in just seven minutes.Box Score | Recap


Penn State 120, Delaware State 51

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. — 
Joy Watkins dropped a team-high 16 points, and Alexis Moragne added 12 points and seven rebounds, but Delaware State fell 120-51 to Penn State Tuesday evening in the Bryce Jordan Center.

Indiana 72, Norfolk State 42

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. — 
Deja Francis led the way with 12 points and six assists for Norfolk State on Tuesday as the Spartans fell 72-42 to Indiana in Assembly Hall.

USC Upstate 70, South Carolina State 51

ORANGEBURG, S.C. — 
Rachel Ross tossed in a game-high 23 points to lead visiting USC Upstate to an 70-51 victory over South Carolina State Tuesday at Smith-Hammond-Middleton Memorial Center.

All-MEAC forward Trinity Klock finished with 10 points and seven rebounds, while freshman guard Victoria Jordan added eight and six in the loss.
