Anton Pushkov is ready to add to his record of games played with Zenit Saint-Petersburg

Zenit Saint-Petersburg re-signed Anton Pushkov for two more seasons, the team announced Wednesday.
“Zenit has been on a path to conquer EuroLeague, guided by one of the best coaches in Europe, Xavi Pascual,” he noted, per Zenit, “I am happy to be on this roster and contribute to our victories.”
Pushkov, 32, has been with Zenit since 2015. He holds the record for the most games played for the Russian club.
Last season, he logged 1.5 points and 1.1 rebounds per game in his second Turkish Airlines EuroLeague season. In addition, he averaged 5.2 points and 2.6 rebounds per VTB United League contest.
Previous summer moves have brought in Shabazz Napier, Jordan Mickey, Mindaugas Kuzminskas, Dmitry Kulagin, Conner Frankamp, Jordan Loyd, and Sergey Karasev. Also, re-signed from the 2020-21 squad are Billy Baron, Arturas Gudaitis, and Alex Poythress.
