Three Bergenfield, New Jersey men were taken into custody earlier this month in connection with the beating and robbery of a local man.
Cameron Schneid, 20, Jacob Inglis, 19, and Colin Murphy, 18 , were all arrested at their homes in the early morning hours of Wednesday, November 10, as conformed by Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Mueslla.
According to the victim, who apparently knew his attackers, was picked up near his home on the night of September 22 and was subsequently taken to what would be the scene of the robbery. Social media, GPS date and other digital information found by police connected the the victim and defendants, the crime scene and vehicle. According to a criminal complaint, shortly before 1:30 am the unemployed trio, “punched and kicked” the victim as they forcibly relieved of the Air Jordans and vape.
The complaint also stated the victim lost a tooth, sustained several cuts and bruises and other injuries that required treatment at a local hospital. Investigators also said the victim suffered pain in his jaw, head, right wrist and leg.
Schneid, Murphy, and Inglis were all charged with robbery, theft and conspiracy.
