Police in Johnson City, Tennessee said that a man and a youth stole sneakers and a cellular phone from another youngster in the east side of town. According to police, the minor victim was assaulted and his Air Jordans and LG phone were taken.
Julien Fitzgerald,19, was charged with aggravated robbery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. His underage accomplice was charged with aggravated robbery. The two were located near the scene and the items were recovered. Fitzgerald was held at the Washington County Detention Center under a $26,000 bond as he awaited Sessions Court appearance. The boy was issued a felony juvenile citation and was released to his guardian. A third male assailant is still at-large.
