The “Carmine” colorway of the Air Jordan 6 is on Jordan Brand’s 2021 release docket. This upcoming release will be the Carmine’s third retail run since its 1991 debut, with returns in 2008 in the Countdown Pack alongside the Air Jordan XVII, and a solo appearance in 2014. Nest year, 2021, will see the debut of this new colorway of the Air Jordan 6. There are currently no images of the forthcoming Air Jordan 6 , but what is known is that it will make use of a black and electric green color palette. The “Hare” Air Jordan 6 takes the classic colorway from the Air Jordan 7 and tries to make it its own. The grey of the upper is overlaid by white leather. Hare print is present on the translucent top of the red tongue, with black and red spoiler and purple branding on the rear of the shoe completes the upper’s look. Another day, another Air Jordan has it released date pushed further into the future. Today’s contestant is the “ Hare” Air Jordan 6, whose release was moved from its scheduled April to July 4, as this was likely impacted by the COVID-19 situation. “DMP” Air Jordan 6 delayed once more

The “DMP” was originally set to release in January, until it had to be rescheduled to late March. Then the date was pushed back until April 11 and now those that have been awaiting the return of this sneaker will have to wait a little longer. Earlier in March, Footwear News reported that several upcoming Air Jordan releases would have their releases pushed back due to the issues and threats posed by COVID-19. The Air Jordan VI originally released back in 1991 and with 2021 marking the it’s 30th anniversary, Jordan Brand is commemorating that milestone by bringing back the classic “Carmine” colorway. Unlike its previous incarnations in 2008’s CDP and in 2014, the 2021 version will attempt to replicate the original as much as possible ,even (allegedly) sporting the OG height and “NIKE AIR” branding on the heel. This brightly hued Air Jordan 6 is a GS exclusive that will see a retail debut in February. It sports a yellow upper complimented with darker yellow shades on the tongue, rear spoiler and lace locks.
