Preview The Tennessee State Tigers and Morehead State Eagles men’s basketball will meet Saturday night with the Ohio Valley Conference championship and an NCAA Tournament berth on the line. Dante Harris named OVC Co-Newcomer of the Week

Tennessee State guard Dante Harris, along with Southeast Missouri guard Luke Almodovar, was named OVC Newcomer of the Week.  In helping the Tigers to a 1-1 week, the University of Memphis transfer posted per-game averages of 19.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 steals on .552/.500/.1,000 splits.  In the Tigers’ contest against SIUE, Harris led TSU with 19 points and 3 assists.
